Liy is a port-town on the southern coast of the Disputed Lands, first built as a rival to Achissa, further to the east.
Many sought a more convenient port for the Lyseni upon the edge of the Disputed Lands, and thus Liy was constructed under the order of House Rogare, who hold a sizeable presence in the city - not dissimilar to that of House Vhassyl and Canahs.
